bk1947 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bk1947," "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to the operator of the bk1947 platform and all related services accessible at bk1947.net.
• "Platform" means the bk1947 website, mobile interface, all betting products, casino games, slot titles, and any associated software or services offered under the bk1947 brand.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a bk1947 account or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account maintained by bk1947 on behalf of a Player, including the associated PKR wallet balance.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any betting market, casino game, slot, or speciality game available on the Platform.
• "Funds" means Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited by a Player into their bk1947 Account for the purpose of placing Wagers.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by regulatory and anti-money-laundering obligations, including CNIC-based verification for Pakistani players.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other non-cash incentive granted to a Player under bk1947's promotional programme, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

By registering an Account on bk1947, accessing the Platform, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform, close your Account, and withdraw any remaining Funds. Your continued use of bk1947 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Access to and use of the bk1947 Platform is strictly restricted. To register and maintain a bk1947 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bk1947 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register an Account, make a deposit, or place any Wager on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of bk1947, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have a self-exclusion order in force that applies to bk1947 or to the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

bk1947 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts may be suspended pending completion of age and identity verification. Any Funds deposited by a Player subsequently found to be under the age of 21 will be returned, less any winnings derived from Wagers placed during the period of underage access, which shall be forfeited.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the bk1947 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a working Pakistani mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. bk1947 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your bk1947 Account that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options made available by bk1947.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify bk1947 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

All financial transactions on the bk1947 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bk1947 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits which may vary by payment method and Player account status.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your bk1947 Account become available for wagering upon confirmation of receipt. bk1947 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Cashier page of your Account and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. bk1947 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Prior to processing any withdrawal, bk1947 may require completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds.

• bk1947 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered in the Player's name.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, bk1947 reserves the right to freeze Account Funds pending investigation.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

All Wagers placed on the bk1947 Platform, including sports bets (with particular reference to cricket betting markets covering the PSL, international series, T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches), live casino games, slot titles, and speciality games such as Monster Plinko and Nine, are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market, as published on the Platform, and to the general rules set out in this Section.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. bk1947 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed Wager except in circumstances expressly set out in the applicable product rules (for example, where a sporting event is abandoned before the relevant outcome is determined).
• bk1947 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds or stakes that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any Wager, bk1947's records shall be the primary reference. Where an error in settlement is identified, bk1947 reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust Account balances accordingly, even after initial settlement has been processed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per Player, as specified in the product-specific rules applicable to each market or game type.
• bk1947 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any Wager at its sole discretion, including in relation to specific markets, Player accounts, or wagering patterns.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed by bk1947 at any time without prior notice, particularly in response to live match developments, data feed interruptions, or regulatory requirements.

bk1947 may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to the promotion under which they are granted, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this Section.

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and may not be claimed in circumstances designed to exploit promotional mechanics, generate risk-free profit, or otherwise abuse the bk1947 promotional programme.
• bk1947 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus and associated winnings, and to close an Account, where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse or promotional exploitation.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the conditions specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• bk1947 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk1947 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during Account registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt betting activity in relation to any sporting event, including PSL fixtures and international cricket matches.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, identity fraud, or other illegal financial activity through your bk1947 Account.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any part of the bk1947 Platform, including its underlying software, data feeds, or security systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bk1947 staff or other Platform users.

All content available on the bk1947 Platform, including but not limited to the bk1947 name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, game content, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of bk1947 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content without the prior written consent of bk1947.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use the bk1947 name, logo, or any associated brand assets in any context not expressly authorised by bk1947 in writing.
• Frame, scrape, or data-mine any part of the Platform for commercial purposes.

bk1947 is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered Players. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, and the provision of customer support.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period during which no access, deposits, or Wagers will be permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from bk1947, resulting in the closure of their Account across all Platform products. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period expires.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications remind Players of their session activity, including time spent and net wagering results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk1947, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other intangible losses, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or any services provided thereunder.

Without limiting the foregoing, bk1947 shall not be liable for:

• Any disruption to the Platform arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond bk1947's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your Account credentials where such unauthorised use resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login details.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform that is sourced from third-party data providers.
• Any tax liability that may arise in your jurisdiction as a result of winnings received from the Platform. Players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bk1947 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe specified by bk1947.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity in accordance with bk1947's dormant account policy, as specified on the Platform.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to cease providing services to a specific Player or jurisdiction.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the responsible gaming provisions.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the Player, any verified Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method. Funds that are forfeitable under these Terms will not be returned.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting bk1947 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed promptly, and eligible Funds returned in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5.

bk1947 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bk1947 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players via email to the address registered on their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not accept any changes to the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

We recommend that Players review this page periodically to stay informed of the current Terms. The date on which these Terms were last reviewed is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bk1947 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and bk1947 in connection with your Account, any Wager, or any aspect of the Platform, you should first contact bk1947 customer support to seek an informal resolution. bk1947 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through customer support, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence bk1947 operates, in accordance with that authority's complaint handling procedures.
